About the Role

This role involves providing crucial technical support throughout the design and construction phases of various projects, working closely with architects and project managers. You will be instrumental in translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings and ensuring the smooth progression of projects, with a blend of office-based and remote working flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and building regulations submissions.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections, documenting findings accurately.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide technical advice and support to the project team during all phases of construction.
• Maintain project documentation and records, ensuring compliance with firm standards.

Requirements

• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with 3D modeling software like Revit.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a hybrid work environment .
