About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Arts Administrator to support their operations in Liverpool . This office-based position is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions within a busy Arts & Entertainment organisation. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with project support. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the arts who possesses excellent administrative skills and thrives in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate databases and filing systems for projects, personnel, and financial records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Provide administrative support to the artistic and management teams.
- Assist with the planning and logistical arrangements for events and productions.
- Handle general office duties, such as managing supplies and liaising with service providers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the arts sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
