This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the organization, assisting with everything from event coordination and marketing support to financial administration and general office management. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of events, exhibitions, and public programs, including ticketing and logistics.
- Support marketing and communications efforts by helping to update websites, social media, and press releases.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
- Assist with basic financial administration, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for artists, visitors, and partners, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven administrative or office management experience, preferably in an arts or non-profit setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
