Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, and terms and conditions.

- Conduct legal research and provide clear, concise advice on commercial law issues.
- Assist senior lawyers on larger corporate transactions and complex commercial disputes.

Requirements
- A qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of experience in commercial law.
