Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all ground handling activities, including baggage handling, aircraft loading/unloading, and passenger services.

• Develop and implement operational plans to optimize aircraft turnaround times and resource utilization.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of ground operations staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Requirements
