Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all ground handling activities, including baggage handling, aircraft loading/unloading, and passenger services.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement operational plans to optimize aircraft turnaround times and resource utilization.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of ground operations staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Liaise effectively with airlines, air traffic control, and other airport stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in aviation ground operations management or a similar operational leadership role.
