Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service and product quality.
• Develop and maintain cocktail menus, ensuring variety and appeal to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
• Manage bar budget, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Engage with customers, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in stock management, cost control, and budget management.
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems.
