About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Beauty Treatment Consultant to join their team in Oxford , operating on a hybrid basis. This role focuses on guiding clients through various beauty treatments, advising on pre- and post-care, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will combine remote consultations via digital platforms with essential in-person client interactions, providing a seamless experience. Your expertise in beauty treatments and commitment to client well-being will be crucial in supporting clients on their beauty journey and maintaining our client's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and consultation on a range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and non-invasive procedures.
• Educate clients on treatment protocols, expected results, and necessary aftercare instructions.
• Assess client suitability for specific treatments and address any concerns or contraindications.
• Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
• Collaborate with therapists and technicians to ensure a cohesive client experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on treatment consultation or delivery.
• Professional qualifications in Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments, their benefits, and potential side effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Comfortable conducting consultations both remotely and in-person.
• Familiarity with salon or spa management software is a plus.
