You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals from the convenience of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations via video calls or online chat, providing tailored skincare and beauty advice.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate products based on skin type, concerns, and personal preferences.
• Educate clients on product ingredients, benefits, usage instructions, and skincare routines.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document consultation outcomes and feedback within the CRM system.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, new releases, and beauty trends to provide up-to-date advice.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty or skincare industry (e.g., Beauty Advisor , Skincare Consultant , Aesthetician ).
• Strong knowledge of skincare principles, ingredients, and common skin concerns.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
• Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively in a home-based setting.
• A genuine passion for beauty and a desire to help clients achieve their desired results.
