About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized Blockchain Project Manager to lead innovative projects in Wolverhampton . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing blockchain initiatives according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also be involved in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes for our client's Crypto & Blockchain ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria that support business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of blockchain projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex software development projects.
- Experience managing projects within the Crypto & Blockchain industry or a strong understanding of its unique challenges.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
