Our client is seeking a diligent Blockchain Security Analyst to join their team in Reading . This role is crucial for safeguarding our blockchain assets and applications against evolving threats. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, conducting security audits, and implementing robust security measures across our blockchain infrastructure. This is a key position within our Crypto & Blockchain operations, requiring a sharp analytical mind and a proactive approach to threat detection and prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing of blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Monitor blockchain networks for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.
- Develop and implement security protocols and best practices for blockchain development and operations.
- Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies in the blockchain space.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity, with a specialization in blockchain security or smart contract auditing.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and common vulnerabilities.
