About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Catering Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their remote catering service operations based in Cardiff . You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality catering solutions to clients, managing logistics, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency from a remote setting. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of the catering industry, and the ability to lead a dispersed team to achieve exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the remote catering operations.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering logistics, including menu planning, procurement, and delivery scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers , vendors, and external service providers.
• Oversee a remote team of catering staff, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Ensure all catering activities comply with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in catering management or a similar operational leadership role, preferably within a remote or dispersed team structure.
