You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and supporting partners to ensure they are successful in selling our solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners to sell our products and services effectively.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with existing channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partner contacts.
- Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to drive sales.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements and contracts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel partner management or business development within a technology sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing a successful partner program.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel dynamics.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems and partner management platforms.
