Chef de Partie – Fine Dining, Tasting Menus, Immediate Start

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Chef de Partie for two intimate, high-end fine dining restaurants in West London, offering Michelin-starred concepts and a modern Asian fusion tasting menu. The role is hands-on, running a section in a small brigade and delivering tasting-menu quality meals.

Expect 48-50 hours across 4 days, with Sundays-Tuesdays closed. Immediate start available and opportunity to work across both venues to maintain exceptional standards.
