COREcruitment is seeking a Chef de Partie for two intimate fine dining restaurants in West London, offering a Michelin-starred concept and modern Asian fusion tasting menus.

This hands-on role runs a section independently within a small brigade of 3 chefs per restaurant. Expect 7- and 9-course tasting menus, 48-50 hours/week, 4 days on/3 off, with no work on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays. Immediate start available for a skilled CDP ready to excel in a high-end setting.
