Chef de Partie – Fresh Seasonal Dishes, Training & EarlyPay

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role offers an hourly rate up to £13.10 plus TRONC, with On Target Earnings £15–£15.50 including TRONC.

We pride ourselves on fresh, seasonal dishes and multi-site teamwork. Applicants should have 3–4 years in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and be able to work across two sections, following recipes.
