Chef - Menu Innovator & Team Lead (Defence)

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week to create exceptional food experiences for Defence clients.

You will prepare high-quality food, lead menu changes, supervise a team, ensure hygiene and compliance, and contribute to new menus while representing Defence with a positive brand image.
