Chemical Engineer - Production Support

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production teams, resolving process issues in real-time.
• Monitor key process indicators and take appropriate actions to maintain optimal performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to efficiency, waste reduction, and energy consumption.
• Assist in the validation and commissioning of process modifications and new equipment.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including operating procedures and batch records.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• 3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Strong understanding of chemical plant operations and unit operations.
• Experience with process control systems and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
