You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all technical objectives are met efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage chemical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation phases of projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all project activities comply with stringent health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering with a significant focus on project management .
- Proven experience in managing capital projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of chemical process design, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
