Remote Senior Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of major process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of production operations, supply chains, and logistical processes to identify cost-saving and efficiency enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing resource allocation, plant layout, and workflow management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis, simulation, and modeling tools to evaluate process performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, management, and IT, in a remote environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex engineering challenges and initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification highly desirable), and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead remote teams.
• Proficiency with simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and data visualization platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
