Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize novel chemical processes and synthesis routes.
• Conduct bench-scale experiments and pilot plant trials to validate new technologies.
• Utilize process simulation and modeling tools to predict process performance and identify scale-up challenges.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare detailed technical reports and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with chemists, material scientists, and other engineers on R&D projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering and related fields.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in process development and scale-up, ideally within an R&D environment.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separations, and process control.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to technical challenges.
