About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Childminder Assistant to support their registered childminding service in Liverpool . This part-time role involves assisting the lead childminder in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-based childcare environment. You will help with daily activities, child supervision, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for the children. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the registered childminder in supervising and caring for children.
• Engage children in play, learning activities, and outdoor time.
• Help with preparing snacks and mealtimes.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of play areas and equipment.
• Support children's routines and individual needs.
• Communicate observations to the lead childminder and parents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred but not essential.
