Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality childcare in a home-based setting, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Plan and deliver a range of age-appropriate activities, promoting learning and development.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families.
• Manage the daily routines, including meals, naps, and playtime.
• Maintain appropriate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents.

Requirements

• A passion for childcare and a genuine desire to support children's development.
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and registration with the relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., Ofsted in England).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating home environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and professional attitude.
