About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage support plans for children and young people, ensuring needs are met holistically.
• Act as a key point of contact for families, schools, and external agencies, facilitating effective communication.
• Conduct virtual assessments of children's needs and developmental progress.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of children and young people within their support networks.
• Maintain accurate, secure digital records and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• Experience in childcare , social work, education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of child development, safeguarding legislation, and support frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for case management, communication, and collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
