Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and well-supported investigation reports, providing clear findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with internal claims handlers, legal teams, and external agencies as required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigation activities and findings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in claims investigation, fraud detection, or a related field (e.g., law enforcement, intelligence).
