About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA ) to join their expanding clinical operations team in Coventry . This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trials, overseeing site management, monitoring patient data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key part in bringing new pharmaceutical treatments to patients, working across multiple therapeutic areas. This hybrid position offers a blend of remote work and on-site visits to clinical trial sites in and around the Coventry region, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Manages and monitors assigned clinical trial sites, ensuring accurate data collection and patient safety.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the clinical trial sites, addressing queries and facilitating communication.
- Ensures timely submission of all required documentation and adherence to study timelines.
- Identifies, documents, and resolves site-level issues and deviations.
- Participates in the training of site staff on study-specific procedures and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate , with a strong understanding of GCP and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven experience in monitoring clinical trials, including site visits and data review.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with investigators and site staff.
- Proficiency in CTMS, EDC, and other clinical trial management software.
