Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to study protocols and GCP guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data collected at study sites.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA and EMA regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigators and site staff, providing training and support.
• Manage study supplies and investigational product at clinical sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRA or in a related clinical trial management role.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
