About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Commercial Architect to join their thriving practice in Norwich, Norfolk . This role is focused on designing and managing a diverse range of commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for leading design conceptualization, developing detailed plans, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, functionality, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop innovative and functional designs that meet client briefs and market demands.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant commercial building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and construction teams.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with demonstrable experience in commercial design projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of commercial building typologies, materials, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of UK commercial planning policies and building regulations.
• Excellent client management, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
