About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach programs and events to promote our client's mission and services.
• Identify and build strong relationships with community leaders, local businesses, schools, and other relevant organizations.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for various programs and events.
• Represent the organization at community fairs, meetings, and other public engagements.
• Collect feedback from the community to inform program development and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and volunteer participation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community outreach, volunteer management, or a related field, preferably within the charity sector .
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours when required.
