About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive Community Outreach Worker to join their fully remote team, dedicated to serving the Derby community. In this role, you will be instrumental in connecting vulnerable individuals and families with essential support services and resources, bridging the gap between need and provision. Working remotely, you will engage with clients through various digital channels, assess their situations, and guide them towards appropriate assistance, fostering greater social inclusion and well-being. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills for remote engagement.

• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and demonstrate initiative.
