Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement community-based sports development programmes and initiatives.
• Engage with local schools, community centres, and sports clubs to identify needs and opportunities.
• Organize and deliver sports coaching sessions and events for various age groups and abilities.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and the benefits of physical activity within the community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and funding bodies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programmes, reporting on outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in sports development, coaching, or community engagement.
• A relevant qualification in Sports Development, Coaching, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
