About the Role

You will be responsible for curating exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and providing personalized recommendations and arrangements. This role involves managing the concierge team, building relationships with local vendors, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train the concierge team to provide proactive and personalized guest services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge or guest relations role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Exceptional knowledge of the local area, including its cultural, dining, and entertainment offerings.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle diverse guest requests.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and concierge management software.
