About the Role

Our client is seeking a personable and knowledgeable Concierge to enhance the guest experience at their prestigious property in Plymouth, Devon . As the primary point of contact for guest requests, you will be responsible for providing information, making recommendations, and arranging services to ensure our guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. Your expertise in local attractions, dining, and activities, combined with your exceptional interpersonal skills, will be key to creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a wide range of requests, including making restaurant reservations, booking tours, and arranging transportation.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions, entertainment, and activities.

Requirements
