Looking for a genuinely Outside IR35 contract where your expertise is valued and you can operate as an independent construction professional?

Were seeking experienced Construction Assurance Managers, NEC Supervisors, Clerks of Works, Construction Managers and Quality Managers to support major construction and infrastructure projects .

The Role

✅ Act as an NEC Supervisor ✅ Carry out site inspections and assurance reviews ✅ Monitor contractor quality, compliance and delivery ✅ Identify defects, risks and non-conformances ✅ Review ITPs, QA documentation and construction methodologies ✅ Produce assurance reports for clients and project stakeholders

About You

10+ years experience within construction, engineering or infrastructure Strong background in quality assurance, compliance, inspection or project delivery NEC contract experience advantageous MCIOB, MRICS, MICE, CEng, IOSH or NEBOSH desirable Whats on Offer?

£350-£450 per day | Outside IR35 | Flexible freelance engagement | Major infrastructure and Energy construction projects
