Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with daily project operations and administrative tasks.

• Maintain project records, databases, and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses related to project activities.
• Support the preparation of project progress reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
