Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers and Site Managers with daily project operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, site visits, and team communications.
- Maintain project records, databases, and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expenses related to project activities.
- Support the preparation of project progress reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
