Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support their project management teams. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from home anywhere within the UK . You will play a crucial role in facilitating project execution by managing documentation, coordinating communications, tracking progress, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
- Assist project managers in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain project schedules and update relevant tracking systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the project management team as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or similar administrative role, preferably within construction.
