About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Construction Site Manager to lead their projects in and around Derby . This critical role involves overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your leadership and operational expertise will be key to the successful execution of diverse construction projects, fostering a productive and safe working environment for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Develop and implement site-specific project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
