Customer Service & Complaints Administrator
Gateshead (Team Valley) | Office Based | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start
Are you a confident customer service professional who enjoys resolving issues, managing multiple tasks and finding solutions for customers? We're recruiting for a Customer Service & Complaints Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Gateshead.
In this role, you'll handle customer calls and emails, deal with complaints relating to vehicle damage and re-cleans log issues accurately on the internal system and collate costs and recharges to ensure everything is dealt with efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service or administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great attention to detail and enjoys resolving customer queries and complaints.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

You'll be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, managing complaints relating to stock damage and re-cleans, and ensuring all issues are accurately recorded and progressed.
You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to investigate issues, collate costs and ensure any appropriate recharges are accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Dealing with customer complaints relating to vehicle damage and re-cleans
Logging complaints and issues accurately on the internal system
Investigating and progressing customer queries
Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues
Collating costs relating to damage, re-cleans and other customer issues
Processing and recording recharges accurately
Keeping accurate records and documentation
Managing multiple customer queries and priorities effectively
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous customer service, complaints or administration experience
Is confident handling customer calls and emails
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Enjoys resolving customer issues and finding solutions
Can manage multiple priorities effectively
Has excellent communication skills
Is comfortable dealing with complaints in a professional manner
Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
