About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing initiatives from their Milton Keynes office. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing, along with a proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. You will work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts and contribute to the company's overall growth trajectory through effective digital strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve target KPIs.
- Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide actionable insights and reports.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing online campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
