Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations.
• Oversee all aspects of the distribution network, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Distribution Centre Manager or in a similar senior logistics leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale distribution operations and optimizing supply chains.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, and other relevant logistics technologies.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and drive results effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
