Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and persuasive product descriptions for the e-commerce website, incorporating SEO best practices.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, short videos, and stories.
• Schedule and publish social media posts across various channels, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages.
• Assist in the uploading and management of product information and imagery on the e-commerce platform.
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters and promotional content.
• Monitor website performance and social media analytics, contributing to reports on key metrics.

Requirements

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a knack for creative storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to web content.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and basic image editing software.
