E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient E-commerce Fulfilment Specialist to join their remote team. This is a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for managing the order fulfilment process from receiving an order to shipping, liaising with logistics partners, and maintaining optimal stock levels for dispatch. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain logistics, all while working remotely and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfilment process, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Process orders, pick, pack, and ship items according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and shipping carriers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Monitor inventory levels for fulfilment operations, flagging low stock and assisting with reordering processes.
• Ensure all shipments are correctly labelled and documented for smooth transit and tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of all fulfilment activities and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfilment processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce fulfilment , warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of order processing, packing, and shipping procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
