E-commerce Operations Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the online store, from inventory management to order fulfillment and customer service coordination. You will work closely with various departments to maintain high operational standards and a positive customer experience. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a virtual setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage e-commerce inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
• Monitor order processing and troubleshoot any issues that arise, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Manage customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and images on the website.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or logistics, preferably in a remote capacity.
