Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire e-commerce order lifecycle, from placement to final delivery.

• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that arise, such as shipping delays or order discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations , logistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and order fulfillment processes.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems (OMS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
