About the Role
Our client is looking for a results-oriented E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and customer acquisition through data-driven campaigns. Based in Plymouth , this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to achieve maximum ROI. You will leverage analytics and market insights to identify growth opportunities and ensure our client's e-commerce platforms are performing at their peak. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and possesses a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creative to improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Analyze website data and sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure effective ad copy and landing page experiences.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns with significant budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and e-commerce tracking.
- Excellent understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and attribution models.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
