About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and creative E-commerce Social Media Coordinator to join their marketing team in Norwich . This role will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day operations of our social media channels, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction to drive brand awareness and e-commerce sales. You will work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to execute social media strategies that resonate with our target audience and contribute to the overall online growth of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Create engaging visual and written content tailored for different social media audiences and e-commerce promotions.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends, responding promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the execution of social media advertising campaigns, tracking performance and basic optimization.
• Analyze social media engagement metrics and report on key findings to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably with an e-commerce focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
