About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their well-regarded nursery in Brighton . This role involves delivering high-quality early education and care, contributing to curriculum planning, and fostering a nurturing environment for children's development. The position offers a hybrid work element, allowing for focused administrative or planning tasks to be completed remotely, balancing effective on-site engagement with flexible off-site work. You will play a key part in ensuring every child has a stimulating and supportive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework .
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to nursery development.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g., NNEB, NVQ).
• Proven experience working as an Early Years Practitioner .
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely for planning and administrative tasks.
