Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive online learning experiences for young children, tailored to their developmental stages.
- Facilitate virtual playgroups and educational sessions designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain consistent and positive communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being.
- Develop and curate digital resources and activities that encourage curiosity and exploration in young learners.
- Assist in the assessment of early learning goals and maintain accurate digital records of children's achievements.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent recognised early years certification.
- Demonstrated experience working with young children in an early years setting.
- Comfort and proficiency with various digital communication and learning platforms.
- Strong ability to adapt teaching methods for a remote setting and engage children virtually.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting families remotely.
