Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Salford  – up to £37,500

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static role based in Salford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary up to £37,500, overtime, further training and opportunities for further career progression.

Monday to Friday – Rotating shift pattern - 7am - 3pm then following week 10am - 6pm Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment Electrical fault finding and repairs Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings Emergency lighting testing and repairs Small power and socket repairs Basic BMS monitoring Carry out electrical checks and inspections General building fabric duties Escort specialist subcontractors Assist with other general building maintenance duties as requiredRequirements
