About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dynamic Electrical Project Engineer to manage and execute electrical engineering projects from inception to completion in Southampton . This role requires a proactive individual capable of overseeing all technical and logistical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical engineering projects.
Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Prepare project reports, manage budgets, and oversee procurement of electrical equipment and services.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in electrical project engineering or project management.
Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
