Electrical Site Manager – Substation | Reading ⚡ 📍 Location: Reading, Berkshire 📅 Start: ASAP

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support substation works in the Reading.

This is a great opportunity for a practical, site-focused manager who can lead a team effectively, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and keep work progressing on site.

I’m looking for someone who takes a hands-on approach to site management, enjoys working alongside operatives and subcontractors, and can balance day-to-day site leadership with the required documentation and compliance.

What you’ll need:

✅ SR163 Site Manager qualification ✅ Electrical qualifications ✅ Previous National Grid project experience ✅ Current National Grid CP ticket – essential ✅ SMSTS certification ✅ First Aid and Asbestos certs ✅ National Grid trained operative ✅ Proven substation experience – essential
